Master of Arts in Christian Counseling (M.A.C.C.)

Program Overview

The Master of Arts program (Christian Counselling) is designed to equip persons for doing counselling based on
the Biblical principles and Christian values in church or Para-church counselling settings.

Purpose This course is designed to provide students with sound biblical foundation and equip them for evangelism and ministry of the church.

  • The Candidate must have aptitude for doing counselling.
  • The Candidate should have graduated with a Bachelor of Theology from SIBBC or an accredited institution or
    should posses a University Bachelor's degree.
  • The Candidate should have passed the qualifying examination with a minimum B Grade point average.
  • The candidate should complete a course work of 68 credit hours.
  •  Must maintain a grade point of 3.00 on cumulative average.

  • A project work of 40 pages/ Thesis of 70 pages. Approval for graduation also depends on the candidates overall
    Christian life, conduct, maturity, and aptitude for Christian service.
